Micah Willis Shares His Pulsing Nu-RnB Pop Single "My Mind"

Micah Willis has been immersed in music for as long as he can remember, and it shows in his electrifying talent. Hailing from Salt Lake City, Utah, he started out playing harmonica with his Grammy nominated father, Kenny Neal. At just eight, he joined a children’s choir, which sparked his passion for performing. Soon after, he was part of an after-school music program that took him to iconic venues across the country, including Carnegie Hall.

Now splitting his time between Salt Lake City and Los Angeles, Micah has carved out a name for himself as a dynamic singer, songwriter, musician, and actor. He’s shared the stage with big names like Juicy J, Kid Ink, Tyga, Trish Toledo, and Dirty Loops, showcasing his versatility and flair. Before graduating high school, he already racked up four Downbeat Magazine awards, proving he’s a force to be reckoned with. He also made an appearance on Disney’s hit show Andi Mack.

With influences ranging from Miguel and The Weeknd to Fleetwood Mac, Micah seamlessly blends pop, funk, and hip-hop, delivering high-energy performances that leave audiences wanting more.

The latest single from Micah's diverse catalogue, the Nu-R&B silky and synth "My Mind", has a pulse and tempo that shows Micah's influences and originality. The lyrics are raw, vulnerable and honest traits boldy present in his songwriting.

"I feel like most people can relate to the feeling of having one person who you might not have treated well, and hoping they give you one more chance. The chances are slim and most of the time it doesn't work out. They basically become "the one that got away" for lack of a better term. It is really frustrating when you realize you fucked up and fucked up bad. But, selfishly you just want to at least see them one more time because you think you might be able to change their mind." - Micah Willis
