BeatStars, the world’s #1 marketplace for buying and selling beats, has debuted a wave of exciting new membership features to help an even greater number of music creators around the world achieve success. As part of the new benefit-rich subscription plans, BeatStars is unveiling Seeds by Lemonaide, a breakthrough ethical AI that helps creators generate initial ideas, or plant seeds, for their tracks.

The growing BeatStars community will benefit from an 80% price reduction for the Starter subscription plan, formerly called Marketplace, now at just $19.99 annually, providing members with unlimited track uploads and the ability to join Beatstars Publishing at no additional cost. In support of over 10 million creators spanning every country in the world, BeatStars’ new low annual fee opens the door of opportunity to even more people hoping to earn a living as music creators at a price point that is accessible across more markets. Existing Marketplace members will receive prorated credits, so current subscribers will also enjoy significant savings.

The new Professional plan, formerly known as Pro Page, retains the popular customizable webstore feature along with no-cost Publishing services. Providing even more value for creators to help them succeed, the new Professional plan includes three free BeatID scans per month, discounts and credits for BeatStars’ popular Promote feature, and exclusive access to a selection of free PROkits, an incredible value featuring popular sound kits from top BeatStars producers.

As a result of the recent strategic alliance between BeatStars and Lemonaide, Starter and Professional subscribers can access AI to help generate ideas and spark inspiration. Developed by Lemonaide co-founders Michael “MJ” Jacob – a rapper and former senior machine learning engineer at Google, and Anirudh Mani, a music producer and former machine learning scientist for Alexa at Amazon – Seeds by Lemonaide helps BeatStars creators push through creative slumps with its ground-breaking ethical AI that generates short melodies and chord progressions as a starting point for creating tracks.

Seeds by Lemonaide establishes a new standard, taking an ethical approach to AI training through a voluntary community of producers who are compensated for sharing their work and their feedback. BeatStars and Lemonaide are unified in their long-term commitment to only developing AI that is ethically sourced, and built solely to empower and support the creator community.

We’ve taken significant steps to make our platform even more accessible and benefit-driven for the global community of creators and aspiring entrepreneurs,” said Abe Batshon, founder and CEO of BeatStars. “Everything we’re doing is geared toward helping a greater number of creators in every region of the world achieve their dreams, which has always been my goal and the mission of this company.”
