ODD ONE OUT

Odd One Out (real name Courtney) is a dynamic singer-songwriter who brings a unique voice to the indie music scene. Born in Bolton and currently based in Manchester, this 23-year-old artist has been creating her own songs since the age of 14. Inspired by the band Twenty One Pilots, she began her musical journey with a modest ukulele, a gift from her mum.

Since then, she has been expressing her thoughts and feelings through songs, initially recorded in single takes using the microphone on her earphones. Now, at 23 years old, she creates music with a more professional setup!

The name 'Odd One Out' reflects Courtney's experiences of often feeling out of place. Through music, however, she discovered a sense of belonging.

Odd One Out’s music, characterised by its hauntingly beautiful melodies and introspective lyrics, has been described as "Spectral Pop" by many people, including Radio Host Graham Duff.
