An overwhelmingly dark presence was first born in Lucy Mayhem as a kid. In effect, an ongoing war with depression, anxiety, and loneliness began. Simultaneously she turned to rock / alternative music as a lifeline. Her music, image, and overall being tells and reflects this on-going war .

Whether that’s through gothic, dark, unsettling, bold imagery that grabs your attention, whether you want it to or not. Or through symbolic, heavy, powerful, vulnerable lyrics. The combination of vulnerable lyrics, her unique voice, and powerful, layered guitars creates an ambient, dark, moody feeling that is undeniably captivating and is bound to get stuck in your head and make you feel. Whether you love her or hate her, her music has a way of drawing you in and not letting go.
