Darla Jade reveals her incredible sophomore EP ‘Only The Paranoid Survive’. Along with the launch of her new EP, Darla Jade treats us to two previously unreleased singles, “Say A Word” and “Imposter Syndrome” which finalizes the 6 track body of work to be an all encompassing alt-pop haven.

Tender and reflective, “Say A Word” is a gorgeous moment of reflection, touching on wanting to be there for loved ones in need, through all the hardships life throws at us. The track is a dreamy showcase of Darla Jade's effortless vocals.

Other previously unheard track “Imposter Syndrome” is an upbeat electro-pop-bop that soars. Born from a personal battle, the track see’s Darla open up and the result is catchy as hell. Sharing more, Darla explained: Imposter Syndrome is of course about the obvious, but I sort of switched it up a little in the sense of having imposter syndrome within a relationship. I've personally really struggled in the past with ROCD, which is Relationship OCD / Relationship anxiety. I feel it's not talked about enough, so I wanted to bring the topic up through my music! I wrote this one with RØRY & James Lewis!

Born and bred in Stoke On Trent, Darla Jade has been making waves and winning hearts since she launched. With her homespun sound nestled somewhere between pop and electronica she’s already built a stellar reputation thanks to a diverse and captivating string of releases. From euphoric sky reaching bangers like ‘Broken Armour’ which came out earlier this year, to more emotive moments like ‘Problems’ this exciting new artist has got you covered.

The EP release follows Darla’s latest single ‘On My Tongue’ which Clash Magazine described as ‘bright and optimistic’. The feisty track scooped support from Spotify UK’s New Music Friday, as did her previous single ‘Can’t Run Forever’ which was Darla’s third single to be released this year.

With a wealth of tastemaker support already under her belt including The Line of Best Fit, Billboard, Notion, METAL Online, Radio 1, BBC Introducing naming Darla Jade as one of their ‘Big In 2022’ she continues to be an exciting artist to watch. In addition to the above, she's delivered impressive live performances at sold out headline shows in both London and Stoke-on-Trent, a knockout festival performance at 110 Above and performed to a sold out Camden Assembly in support of RØRY back in August.

With a headline show in her home town of Stoke announced for December, (9/12/22 @ The Underground) there's lots still to look forward to this year from Darla Jade!
